2008 iCamp Elite Travel Trailer with LOTS OF UPGRADES! A perfect 2-person travel trailer that is light weight (and towable with a 6-cylinder SUV or minivan.)
Although this is an 08, it is practically new. Original owner in Denver bought it in 10, and took to nearby Cherry Creek Reservoir once, and she traded it in for health reasons in 12. We bought it in June of 12 and made weekly trips to Chatfield Lake SP (less than 10 miles away) to work on upgrades, remove decals and paint. In July we moved it to a secure storage place in Fairplay to save fuel, so we commuted out there in our Prius and then took the 4Runner & iCamp to dispersed campsites in the surrounding National Forests, usually 10 miles away so minimal mileage for maximum fun. We did a two-week trip in it to below Mt. Elbert during the aspen change, then to 11-mile Reservoir.
We brought it with us to Cedaredge on the Western Slope in April, and have made the short 15-mile trip up to Grand Mesa for our trips this summer. It is a great weekend and even extended trip camper. Were selling because we will be buying a slightly larger trailer to live-in permanently as we travel. The trailers small enough to get you in anywhere, but has the amenities shower, holding tanks, flat-screen TV and stereo for when youre at a campground with full hook-ups. And the awning doubles the covered living space and is fully screened. The camper is smoke-free.
We regret parting with it, but are motivated to sell.
