I will email them to you. THIS UNIT IS LIKE NEW INSIDE AND OUT. EVERYTHING FOR SET UP IS INCLUDED IN SALE.4 NEW TIRES PLUS SPARE. THIS UNIT WAS UPGRADED WITH A 8.5 GENSET.168 hours on it. 25300 MILES on unit. W/D HAS NOT BEEN USED except to test. ITS NEW. HEAT PUMPS ARE A PLUS. AS IS TWO FURNACES. ONE HAS NEVER BEEN USED. THIS UNIT SITS ON A ROADMASTER RR8 CHASSIS. I have added a safety T steer. Covers on all vents on the roof.Full cover for the motor home.Its 5 years old but in good condition. Covers for the tires.Everything is color coded and match on this unit. Great colors!! Comode is push button. Door with a mirrored medicine and storage cabinet w/sink. A sink w/mirrored cabinet and storage cabinet next to the shower. Front and Rear SAT so you can watch differant station. In Motion SAT. Four door fridge w/ice maker. Heater in lower cargo space.Rear and Right side cams in color so you can see the right side of the coach. Unit has had plastic on the carpet always. It has Regal Cherry Wood. Has never been full timed in. The coach looks new. With four slide it is a very comfortable nice coach. Thanks for taking the time to look at it. I will deliver for the cost of fuel. This is a nice coach with a Clear Title that is priced right.New it was 230,000 w/ options and is still like new.If a buyer wants it inspected i will transport it to a inspection place. There is a warranty that can be added at a cost of 112.00 per month. I just cancelled it but it can be added back on the unit. It was a Good Sam Warranty and was a 500.00 deductable Miles may change if we go somewhere before it is sold.I will update any miles that may be added.... Thanks for your time.
