2010 Open Range w/ 3 slides, 34ft bumper pull (Arlington, TX) - We are a private seller that needs to move this RV that is in excellent shape. The unit is 34ft with 3 slide outs. It was purchased for temporary use by a single adult for 6 months (used mostly for sleeping and a shower, very little kitchen activity). Would love to keep but our current situation does not allow us to do so. It was purchased in Sept and was towed to its current location (backyard of a private residence). It has not been moved. Everything works great. The stove/stove top has been used maybe 10 times. It has TWO AC units and a furnace. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Bathroom has a full size shower and real doors for privacy. The kitchen has a moveable island for storage and counter space. Living room has 2 recliners, 4 chair dining set, electric fireplace and a flat screen TV that works great. Fold out couch that sleeps 2. Lots of storage under unit and is wired for satellite or cable. It has 4 propane tanks. Ceiling fan in living room. Electric awning that is in great shape. Electric jack for leveling. Ladder attached on back for roof access. On board access panel for connecting water, cable and switching between tanks and city water, grey and black water valves, and water faucet are all located in one compartment. Has 1.5 yrs of warranty left on the unit. The warranty covers most major systems, parts and appliances. The book value of this unit is mid to upper $30K.
